As someone who was also born in 1971, I’d like to wish St Ann’s Hospice all the best as it celebrates 40 years of caring for people in their time of greatest need. The work that they do is priceless and because of the generosity of local people, it is offered free of charge. Do what you can to help St. Ann’s continue to offer the love, support and medical care that is so cherished by those who need it.Clare Balding

Thank you to the people of Greater Manchester for helping us reach this amazing landmark

St Ann’s Hospice wouldn’t exist without the incredible support of the generous community of Greater Manchester. Every single brick that’s been laid, every ward that’s been built and every patient that’s cared for is because people like you have donated time or money.

Although our care is free, only a third of our funding comes from the NHS. The rest is down to the kindness of people like you - people who have helped to make the Hospice what it is today. Thank you, so much.
