This award recognises the Institute for Learning & Development’s
role in working with staff and volunteers to promote a quality service for patients
and their carers through the Framework of Clinical Governance.
We were nominated in the category of 'Best Healthcare Provider' by the friend
of a previous inpatient at St Ann's. She was extremely impressed with the level
of care that he received and wanted to express her thanks for St Ann's making
people feel protected at a difficult time of their lives.
