We could not have been treated more sensitively in such a tranquil way to prepare us for the final outcome by all the staff.Family of a patient

Leave a gift in your Will
“We have left a legacy as a continuing token of our thankfulness so that others can be given the same help.”
Leave a legacy to St Ann’s Hospice
A gift in your will (a legacy) to St Ann’s Hospice will help us keep providing our services to the local community – you will be helping secure the future of the Hospice.
Supporting St Ann’s Hospice in this way would be a wonderful way for your generosity to last beyond your lifetime.
‘When our daughter Linda was in such need and we were not near enough to be of practical help, St Ann’s Hospice met that need. It is impossible to express in words our gratitude and the debt we feel we owe. We have left a legacy as a continuing token of our thankfulness so that others can be given the same help.’ Reverend Tom and Mrs Vera Wilkinson.
If you already have a Will, speak to your solicitor who will help you add in a gift to us. If you don’t yet have a Will, use our ‘Make a Will Week’ to get it sorted!
Don’t have a Will? We can help
If the unthinkable happens and you die without having a Will, your loved ones may have no choice over who gets what, regardless of what you have told them during your lifetime. Your estate would be distributed according to current UK law.
You may think you have nothing of value, however all of us have items of sentimental value – things we have inherited over the years or personal items that you may want to go to specific people.
St Ann’s Hospice ‘Make a Will Week’ runs every March and you can make a Will with one of our participating solicitors, in return for a donation to St Ann’s. The solictors are giving their time free of charge.
The latest Will Week date is always shown on our events calendar.
