Read Violet's story to see how your donation does make a big difference

Violet Turner was diagnosed with cancer of the pelvis when she was only 45. Violet accessed St Ann's Hospice services from December 2003 as a Day Therapy patient and was admitted as an Inpatient in January this year.

Violet died peacefully at St Ann's Hospice on 14th May 2004
and her family
wished us to use
her story.

St Ann’s Hospice aims to improve the quality of life of people living with life-threatening illnesses in Greater Manchester, whilst supporting their families and carers.

As an independent local charity, care is provided free of charge by St Ann’s Hospice to over 3,000 people each year across three sites.

St Ann’s Hospice needs to raise £16,000 every day through voluntary contributions to offer its wide range of services. Over 80% of every £1 of our income is spent on the costs of patient care.
