Hazel Grove’s High School is offering an exciting opportunity for kids to get out from in front of the TV or Xbox and get together with other like-minded young people and really ROCK OUT in a way they can’t do at thome…and even better, they’re supporting St Ann’s Hospice too!
Each day the school will work with two groups of six young people; places are limited to esnure the quality of the experience we offer.
Sessions will engage absolute beginners (they can provide instruments) and stretch more able musicians. Participants will get the opportunity to play one or more instruments as well as make new friends and build confidence.
The workshops form part of School of Rock and Pop’s ROCK1000 initiative, and all profits from the event go to St Ann’s Hospice.
The workshops take place from 10am to 3pm on:
Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th August 2012.
Day places are priced at £32 for one day and £59 for two days. Participants will need to bring a packed lunch.
