Parachute Jump
If you have always thought about (or feared!) doing a parachute jump and want to seize the moment, St Ann’s Hospice can help!
“120mph, gravity fed, air cooled adventure!” Experience an exhilarating 10,000 ft freefall or tandem parachute jump while raising money for St Ann’s Hospice.
Joanne Riley raised more than £1,000 in memory of her husband by joining in a sponsored parachute jump. Joanne, from Kersal, and friends who joined her in the sky-high jump raised more than £3,000 between them in memory of her husband, Steve, who died last year. No experience is required and you can jump at a number of locations. This is run in partnership with the Black Knight Parachute Centre, visit their website at www.bkpc.co.uk for more details of the jumps including sponsorship and the types of parachute jump you can do.
