Complementary Therapies for the Clinical Environment

This one day course focuses on the safe use of complementary therapies within clinical/care environments. It aims to provide an overview of the therapies available and their suitability for use in this setting. There will be a combination of information and practical sessions.
Developing your palliative care practice

This course aims to provide nursing auxiliaries and support workers with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in relation to palliative care. It will be held for one day per week over a 5 week period

Patient Moving and Handling – Training for Key Trainers

This is a two and a half day course for all professionals who have been nominated by their manager to take responsibilty for patient handling in their wards/departments and who will also train and update staff within their areas
Continence Management for Nursing Auxiliaries/Health Care Assistants
