Baking up funds to the tune of £44k

A cake baking session by staff at KPMG LLP in Manchester has taken the amount of money raised so far by the accountancy firm to more than £44,000.

The cake bake raised £1,600 and was judged by food critic ‘Gordo’ Mark Garner from website Manchesterconfidential.com. Jiles Halling of www.champagne-discovery.co.uk provided wine for the event.
