Volunteers funding for Midnight Walk

Volunteers from the Little Hulton Focus Group are pictured presenting £2,400 towards the cost of T-shirts and overheads for our Manchester Midnight Walk.

The volunteers raised the funds following a series of events including bring-and-buy sales and coach tours to the seaside. Community Fundraising Officer Margaret Beck said: “This is a magnificent gesture by the Focus Group volunteers, which will help cover the costs of staging the Midnight Walk, so that more of the money raised will go towards caring for our patients.”

Exclusive t-shirt for the walk

A special t-shirt exclusively for the Manchester Midnight Walk has been created by leading North-West fashion designer Vicky Martin.
Vicky and colleagues will be taking part in the walk, and her designer t-shirts will be provided to every participant as part of the registration fee.
