Refurbishment at Heald Green

Work is due to start in May on refurbishing the entrance and reception area at our Hospice in Heald Green.

The alterations will result in easier access for patients and visitors alike.
It is expected to take at least 16 weeks to complete the work, which will mean providing temporary access, but we aim to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. We trust that service users will bear with us during these improvement works, which will bring Heald Green in line with the refurbishment already carried out at Little Hulton and our Neil Cliffe Cancer Care Centre at Wythenshawe.
Funds are being raised from a number of sources, and a full list of donors will feature in a future issue of Friends once the work is completed. However there is still a shortfall of £25,000 to complete the cost of the work.
