Victoriana at Little Hulton
Ladies from Worsley Inner Wheel raised £1,000 when they performed a
Victorian extravaganza in aid of St Ann’s. Their club President, Eileen
Pearce, and members are pictured in costume when they visited the Hospice at
Little Hulton.
Wilmslow Lions funding
Wilmslow Lions helped raise £600, when customers threw coins into the
wishing well at Parker’s Garden Centre in Wilmslow. This was together
with a raffle, where funds raised were matched by a donation from Wilmslow Lions
Club.

Club.
Swinton school
Swinton pupils raised £655 with an evening of music and song organised
by Sarah Dawson and Nicola Gowenlock. The funds will go towards our patient
Day Care Centre at Little Hulton.
Birthday gift
St Ann’s supporter Maria McGreevy celebrated her 50th birthday by raising
over £747 through the generosity of her friends at a party in the Irish
Club in Chorlton. Maria raised the funds in memory of her mum who died at our
Heald Green Hospice 20 years ago.
