Volunteer for St Ann’s Hospice

We couldn’t do what we do without you! Our fantastic team of over 700 volunteers all give their valuable time to help St Ann’s Hospice in supporting our patients, their families and carers. There are so many ways to help and any amount of time really is invaulable to us.

  • Different ways to volunteer

Whether you could volunteer for St Ann’s Hospice for a few hours a week, a day or even more – there are so many different ways to help.

  • Apply to be a volunteer

Thank you for considering becoming one of our valued volunteers. Volunteering can be a very rewarding experience and we hope that you would get a great deal from being a part of the St Ann’s Hospice team.

  • Volunteer in one of our charity shops

We raise thousands of pounds from our Charity Shops each year, which is then put towards funding patient care at each of our hospice sites. This is made possible by the work and commitment of our shop volunteers.

  • Collections and bag packing

Bag-packing at supermarkets and collections at football grounds and in Town and City centres raise over £20,000 each year for St Ann’s Hospice – a huge contribution. Can you help spare a couple of hours?

  • Become a fundraising volunteer

If you are specifically interested in becoming a volunteer that supports the fundraising team, there are lots of varied opportunities that may suit your skills. From driving, administration to photography to placing items on eBay, we hope there is something for everyone.
