You must be an experienced clinical manager with a proven record of leading change in a healthcare environment and you will possess a wide array of leadership skills in addition to being a sound operational manager with a track record of providing quality care in a complex and forward thinking environment.
Applications should have worked at NHS band 7 or above, have budgetary and service development experience.
