Supportive Outpatient Care
This includes a range of clinics which are provided on an outpatient
basis to support specific needs of the patient and family/ carer, both physically
and psychologically. They are available at all three sites.
Supportive Outpatients are appropriate for patients from point of diagnosis,
through treatment and onwards to bereavement support. People admitted to St
Ann's as inpatients or to Day Care can access these services as needed.
