Join our Virtual Balloon Race

End your Summer term on a high by joining an eco-friendly, virtual balloon race

As we’ve spent most of the past year at home, we’ve probably all been dreaming of the places we want to fly away to in the future. Our virtual balloon race is the perfect way to end the summer term on a high.

Buy a balloon

Buy a balloon as a class, community group, your children or the little ones in your life. End the summer term on a high by setting your balloons off flying in a virtual race. You’ll be able to track how far your online balloon flies over the week-long race.

Balloons cost £3 and you can personalise the balloons with a name, colour and a message of good luck or dedication to someone.

Balloons from charities across the UK will be entered into the race. The lucky balloon that travels the furthest will win £500, with the second place balloon winning an Apple iPadTen runners up will also win a £10 book token, and there will also be a prize specifically for the St Ann’s balloon which travels the furthest.

Help us fill the sky with virtual St Ann’s balloons to celebrate our big birthday.

You can enter balloons into the race until 11.30am on Saturday 17th July. The balloons will be released on Saturday 17th July, and you can track them as they travel virtually through the skies until the race ends at 12 noon on Saturday 24th July.

Congratulations to our winners!

Thank you to everyone who took part in our balloon race. You can see the top 20 balloons on the St Ann’s ecoracing balloon page.
