Our Celebration Tree is a beautiful copper sculpture, displayed in the main reception of our Little Hulton hospice. It offers you a wonderful way to celebrate those who are special to you with a dedicated leaf or plaque.
The tree is decorated with a selection of gold, silver and bronze leaves, as well as a number of bird plaques. The leaves and birds can be engraved with a name to celebrate anyone who has links with St Ann’s, whether they’ve worked or volunteered here, been a patient, are a current patient or support us in any way.
The tree is also part of recognising our 40th anniversary year at Little Hulton, marking the fact that we’ve been providing specialist palliative care to people in Salford for 40 years.
Each leaf or bird plaque you dedicate will enable us to continue providing excellent care and support to local people, when they need it most.
You can dedicate your leaf or bird plaque with a one-off donation or in monthly instalments. It will remain on our tree for a year and after that time we’ll invite you to either renew your donation to keep it on the tree, or take your plaque home. Each leaf will include the wording “In Celebration of” and there is space for your dedication.
There are four types of leaf for you to choose from and a limited number of bird plaques too.
