Q Who should make a Will?
A Everyone, but certain people are more in need of a Will than others, for example if you are not married and are living with a partner, your partner and their children may not be looked after in the way you would like if you do not have a will.
Q What is an Executor?
A Executors the people you choose to deal with your estate after your death. They look after your assets, pay your liabilities and distribute the estate according to the terms of your Will.
Q What is a Mirror Will?
A This is when you and your spouse or partner make Wills which contain the same provisions.
Q Can I change my Will?
A Yes, you can update your Will at any time. You can either make a new one or add a Codicil which will be kept with the original Will.
