Take part in Will Month

No one knows what the future holds, and life-changing moments can happen when you least expect them. Making a Will and letting your family and friends know your wishes is vital, and it can be a lot more affordable and straightforward than you may think.

Making a Will means you can make sure that all the things you care about are provided for and your wishes will be fulfilled. It is a way to take away any uncertainty your family may feel whilst also giving a wonderful gift that reflects your support to your charities, the ones that say a lot about you and what you care for.

At St Ann’s, around 1/3 of the cost of the care we give to our patients and their families comes directly from gifts in people’s Wills. A gift doesn’t have to be a huge amount and of course, we know that you need to provide for family and friends first of all. But even a small amount makes a huge and lasting difference and it’s a way of letting your memory live on.

Where there is a Will there is a way…?

This March it’s St Ann’s Hospice’s Will Month, and we invite you to make or update your Will, whilst making a donation to St Ann’s Hospice. You gain peace of mind and knowledge that your wishes will be carried out, and you’re also supporting your local hospice to provide much-needed specialist care to people in our community.

Local solicitors are giving their time for free to help you make a Will, and all they are asking is for you to make a donation to St Ann’s, instead of paying for their services. Each donation helps us to add life to the days of our patients.

Here are our participating solicitors who are kindly taking part in our Will Month campaign. Our solicitors are conducting appointments in various ways – pre arranged office appointments, telephone and video. For further information please register for your Will Month pack below.

Remembering St Ann’s in your Will

You can make a real difference to the lives of everyone connected to St Ann’s by leaving a gift in your Will. Gifts can be big or small, they all add up and help create new memories for our patients and families, every day really does makes a difference.

A gift in a Will is called a legacy, something that is passed down from one generation to the next. By passing on your love and compassion to St Ann’s, it means that we can share your generosity for generations to come. It is a gift of life worth living.
