What happens next?

Someone from our house clearance team will be in contact within 48 hours to arrange to view the property and provide a free house clearance quote. We will then arrange a convenient date to clear the property.

What happens after a house clearance?

All the items we remove from a property will either be taken directly to one of our shops or to our warehouse for listing to sell online. Any items that we are unable to sell are recycled where possible. If we find any personal documents or items during the clearance, we will try our best to return them to the relevant person.
