Flexible working

St Ann’s recognises the importance of helping its employees balance their work and home life by considering flexible working arrangements.

All eligible employees have the right to make a flexible working request.

The applicant making a request for flexible working must be an employee with a contract of employment. The employee must:

  • have been employed by the Hospice for 26 weeks continuously at the date the application is made
  • not have made another application to work flexibly under the right during the past 12 months
