Have you got what it takes?

  • Are you a band 4 Assistant Practitioner who can demonstrate an interest or has previous experience in palliative care?
  • Do you have an interest or previous experience in the provision of specialist palliative care to patients accessing outpatient services?
  • Do you have the skills required to facilitate support to patients in a group setting and the confidence to promote services externally?
  • You must be passionate about our patients, be committed to change and supporting the organisation in delivering specialist palliative care and committed to and motivated by our values.
