Support St Ann’s this Christmas by getting involved in one of our festive charity campaigns. Whether you’re looking for something fun to do with your friends, family or colleagues, or you just want to make a difference to a local charity which helps thousands of people every year, we have something for you.

You can get started with our ‘Get Elfie’ campaign which is all about having fun whilst raising money for a fantastic cause in a way that suits you. Hold an elfie dress up day in the office, and charge everyone to join in, or you could ‘get fit and elfie’ by holding a sponsored elfie dash or elf-walk. If you prefer to stay cosy at Christmas, show ‘Elf’ or your favourite Christmas film, and sell snacks and drinks.

Do you prefer a bit of competition during the holiday season? Show your support – and your knowledge – by holding your very own quiz or requesting a free quizmas pack from us.

Alternatively, dig out your sparkly festive jumpers and hold a Christmas Jumper Day. Whether it’s at work, school or a social group, simply ask for a donation for taking part, and give awards to the best jumpers.

You can also support us by impressing your friends, family and colleagues with our range of charity Christmas cards. Or you could win big by taking part in our Christmas Raffle for a chance to win £10,000.

We operate from three sites in Little Hulton, Heald Green and the Neil Cliffe Centre in Wythenshawe Hospital and we look after thousands of patients every year with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses – managing their symptoms, providing support, caring for people at the hospice or at home, and providing end of life care.

Eamonn O’Neal, Chief Executive at St Ann’s, said: “Our Christmas campaigns are all about having fun whilst raising money for our patients and their families. By getting involved, no matter how big or small, you really will be making a huge difference to the lives of local people, at a special time of the year.”

We need to raise £16,000 every day to keep the hospice doors open

We’re more than just a charity to our patients. Every single penny donated makes a huge difference to their lives.
