Together we are stronger
- Together, we’re stronger and have a bigger impact than we could have alone. As a charity, we work in collaboration with supporters, partners and the communities around us. We think beyond traditional boundaries to make sure we’re here for our communities for years to come.
I work on funding projects, so I regularly get to work with colleagues across the hospice in the Practice Development Centre, clinical and facilities teams. We collaborate and share ideas. We all pool our knowledge and expertise, and work positively with funders and supporters so that we can find effective outcomes to continue to support our patients and their families.
