Please read our shop return policy for more information about refunds and exchanges in our shops.

Refunds and exchanges

These will be only given within 28 days of purchase, on production of the receipt and provided the original St Ann’s Hospice price ticket is still attached.

This does not affect your statutory right under the Sale of Goods act 1979.

Credits

If an item is being returned but there is no proof or purchase or price ticket, a credit note MAY be issued but at the discretion of the shop manager only.

Faults/Reductions

Please note that faults with items are taken into consideration at the time of pricing. Any queries must be referred to the Shop Manager.
