Involve (staff representatives)

Involve is an informal group that meets four times a year. Staff representatives from across the hospice meet to discuss and get feedback around key areas. These include:

  • Developing our workplace culture and working practices
  • Ensuring safety, wellbeing and happiness at work
  • Safeguarding and promoting our values
  • Reward and recognition
  • Development and career progression
  • Sustaining our future.
