All full time St Ann’s employees initially receive 35 days (262.5 hours) holiday including bank holidays for a full year’s entitlement. Part time employees receive holidays pro rata to the hours they work. The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Holiday entitlement increases with length of service as follows:

Length of service Holiday entitlement
On appointment 35 days 262.5 hours
After 5 years’ service (as at 1st April) 37 days 277.5 hours
After 10 years’ service (as at 1st April) 41 days 307.5 hours

 

St Ann’s employees are also eligible to purchase up to 1 weeks’ holiday per year (pro rata for part time employees) which is operated via a salary sacrifice scheme.
