Supporters of St Ann’s could win thousands of pounds in prize money, whilst helping local patients and their families at the same time.
Our special fundraising lottery, which launched almost 25 years ago, has recently been revamped, meaning an increased prize pot for local people to potentially get their hands on.
The St Ann’s lottery is such an easy way for people to show their support for the patients we care for, with the added bonus that they might win thousands of pounds too. The recent changes mean that, in addition to our weekly jackpot of £2,000, we are also now offering a rollover prize of £1,000 a week, up to a maximum of £10,000, and other weekly prizes of £50 for four winners, and £10 for 30 winners too. People can buy tickets online at www.sah.org.uk/lottery or in one of our hospice shops across Greater Manchester, so it’s really easy for people to take part. As a charity we rely on the support of local people now more than ever, so we’d love as many new players as possible to join in. One of the best parts of our job is calling the lucky winners each week to let them know a cheque is on the way. They’re always so excited, and it’s so heart-warming to be able to share the news with them. They always let us know how pleased they are to have been able to support the hospice as well, which is why the lottery is here after all.
