Join us for our new summer sunset walk and take in Manchester landmarks on Moya's Manchester Walk, sponsored by Betfred.
We’re thrilled to announce our new summer sunset walk through Manchester city centre, named after our pioneering founder Moya Cole.
With a choice of brand new 5km and 10km routes taking in iconic Manchester landmarks and an earlier start time, Moya’s Manchester Walk replaces our long-standing Manchester Midnight Walk, meaning it’s just as much fun but a more accessible challenge.
The exciting entertainment in Cathedral Gardens before and after the walk makes Moya’s Manchester Walk the perfect opportunity to raise vital funds for St Ann’s Hospice and have fun doing it!
Sign up today and you’ll receive a fundraising pack with tips to help you beat your fundraising target, as well as a medal and goody bag on the night of the walk. The sponsorship you raise will help us keep providing specialist care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses across Greater Manchester.
Whether you take part by yourself, with friends, family or colleagues – we’d love you to come together and join us to walk through Manchester city centre at sunset.

Timings: Entertainment from 7pm before we set off for a sunset walk around the city centre at 8pm. Entertainment and refreshments available after the walk.

Sponsorship
Your entry fee helps us to cover the cost of putting on this event. Everything else you raise in sponsorship for your walk is money we desperately need to support our patients and their loved ones. We ask that you aim to raise as much as possible for the hospice – in doing so, you’ll make a massive difference to the people we support every day.

Who is Moya?
A pioneer in cancer research, a trailblazer for women, and one of our founders – Dr Moya Cole OBE is the namesake of our new walk.
