Firewalk

Want to do something amazing?  We are looking for brave “soles” to take on our fundraising firewalk.

Can you take on the challenge to hotfoot it over 20ft of wood embers burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit and fundraise to support our patients and their loved ones?  The only thing holding you back is YOU!

The firewalk will take place on 5th November 2023 at our Little Hulton hospice and is open to anyone over the age of 14 (accompanied by an adult).

You’ll be in the safe hands of a Blaze ‘Fire Master’ instructor who will take you through a motivational Fear Buster session prior to the Firewalk, helping you to leap into this challenge feet first!

Format for the afternoon

2:00 pm Registration

2:30 pm Motivational Training

3:30 pm Fire is lit

4:00 pm Firewalk

Registration Fee:  Half price entry £15  (non-refundable)

Sponsorship Target: £150.00.  Please raise as much as you can to help us to continue our work supporting patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families.

Please help support our patients and raise as much as you can by taking part in our Firewalk. 

• £101.20 could provide a two-hour specialist rehabilitation session to aid patients with personal activities of daily living to help maximise their mobility and independence
• £200.00 could pay for a member of our community team to visit a patient in their home
• £256.50 could pay for food for a month for one of our inpatients
