I joined the Rehabilitation Team this summer, and I already know how important our hospice is to our community. We implement a rehab approach; by finding out what’s important to our patients, we can help them to get closer to their goals. Whether their goals are big or small, we always do what we can to help our patients reach them, whether that is going for a walk outside or taking a shower by themselves. Donations from our community are so important to us so that we can continue to support our patients and help them in every way we can. Lucy Kesek, Specialist Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Team
