At The Being You Centre, we provide specialist palliative care for people at all stages of their illness. The sooner we’re involved, the more we can help.
We support people aged 18 and above who have a cancer or non-cancer life-limiting illness in our catchment areas of Trafford, Salford, Stockport and Manchester. We are also able to accept patients from the following areas that border our catchment area; Wigan, Bolton and East Cheshire.
If you think we could support you, you can refer yourself directly using the form below, or speak to a healthcare professional who can make a referral on your behalf.

If you are interested in accessing support but don’t live in the areas detailed above, you can get in touch with your local hospice to discuss services available. In some circumstances we may be able to support patients living out of our area. After your referral, you’ll have a video, phone or face to face appointment with our friendly team. You can share any concerns you have within a safe, confidential environment. Following this, you may be referred to some of our specialist services, depending on your needs, wishes and goals.
