Grief and bereavement care
This bereavement session is both informative and interactive using group discussion/work and reflection. It is important that we have an understanding of grief & bereavement, so we are in a better position to support our patients and their families.
Covering:
• The difference between loss, bereavement, grief and mourning
• What grief is
• Theories of grief
• The difference between normal and abnormal grief
• What advice and support we can provide to people who are bereaved

The session run from 11am to 2pm, with lunch included and booked for 12.15pm-12.45pm. The session costs £35 per person.
